In 2021 we managed to help a large range of people find the right boat and get afloat, despite shortages of both new and used boats, and look forward to helping many more in 2022. Although some areas of the market are slightly calmer, we do expect it to be another strong year for boat sales. With our diary already full of new Jeanneau yachts to commission and deliver to their eager owners, it will definitely be a busy one!
We are also hearing of a shortage nationally of berths and hardstanding, resulting in some marinas increasing prices, and asking owners to commit to berthing or move. If you are looking to buy or sell, please get in touch as soon as you can to find out how we can help with your boating plans, as we may be able to offer free storage whilst we find your boat a new home, organise logistics, or help you find a berth.
If you are looking for a new sailing yacht for 2022 we have one more of the hugely popular and successful Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 349 yachts available for Spring 2022 delivery, and our stunning new Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 380 display boat is available for late Autumn 2022 delivery after it has made its UK show debut. We have also secured a build slot for another Sun Odyssey 349 for delivery in late 2022, which can still be configured with any keel or layout you might want, ensuring you are ready to enjoy 2023 aboard your new boat!
As the Jeanneau Sun Odyssey range is already sold out until Spring 2023, with more sales expected at the upcoming international shows, these are great opportunities to order your new Jeanneau ahead of future price increases. There are also a limited number of build slots available for the Jeanneau Yachts range, including the stunning new award-winning 60, and Sun Fast range, but these are expected to sell out fast!

Our Boatmatch service gives you the chance to learn of new boats at the earliest opportunity. We often sell boats either before advertising, or within days of listing, so in this busy market, it may give you the advantage needed to buy a boat!
KEEPING SAFE BUYING & SELLING
We continue to monitor Government restrictions and are operating in line with Covid-Secure protocols to help protect our team and customers. As part of this, we will not accompany you below decks, and if you feel more comfortable talking in the open air rather than in our offices we are happy to do so too.
