Guest Speaker Terry Jenkings

Saturday 10 June, 1.00pm

Following a short business meeting, our Guest Speaker will be Terry Jenkings. Terry has an affinity with Bondi, with his Grandfather moving to the area in 1910. As a four year old, he had his first taste of Bondi surf on a surf-o-plane and was hooked. He swam as a youngster with Bondi ASC and marveled at the skills of the great Murray Rose. He was one of the first to join the South Bondi Board Riders Club and continues his involvement with its successor, the Bondi Longboard Club. Terry is a Bondi identity, who loves our beach and its surrounds, which has led to two documentaries that have received worldwide acclaim. All welcome, no booking required.
