A Summer Thing to Remember
What a great weekend at Belle Meade! This year’s Summer Thing Tournament was filled with great competition on the course, followed by a festive luau party, and fabulous food to cap off the fun. Thank you to everyone who played, celebrated, and helped make it another memorable BMCC tradition!

Also, Chef Duane and his team were recently featured in an article by Chef Adam Lamb exploring what strong leadership looks like in the kitchen. The story highlights Chef Keller’s philosophy that high standards don’t have to come at the expense of kindness, and how consistency, trust, encouragement, and investing in his team have helped transform BMCC’s kitchen. The results speak for themselves, with food costs cut in half and sales nearly doubling in about a year. It’s a wonderful look behind the scenes at the leadership, teamwork, and heart that go into serving our members every day.
