Deadline: Thursday 1 September News, Training, Opportunities and EventsVCFSE Community Space Audit Barnet’s community spaces (offices, green spaces and venues) are valuable to enhance community cohesion, community safety and wellbeing, and to promote community action/activity. They are vital to us, as the VCFSE, so that we have the space to offer activities/services and safe spaces to support the community we serve. Clearly their use needs to be maximise for the benefit of our communities, to help us flourish as a Borough and fulfil our community potential. Barnet Together are undertaking a VCFSE Community Space Audit to understand the opportunities and challenges we face as a sector regarding space. What space do we have? What space do we need? How do we plan for the future? so that we can meet the needs of our beneficiaries, the residents of Barnet. With your help, we can take the helicopter view of the needs of the Borough and try to influence thinking, commitments or development decisions. To this end the findings will be shared with our partners within the council, through the Barnet Together Alliance. Please take the time to fill in the survey and help us to help us make the most of these essential resources!
