Nate Zurisko, promoted to Managing Director

We are pleased to announce that Nate Zurisko has been promoted to Managing Director of Vigon International, an Azelis Company. In his new role, he will guide Vigon’s strategic direction and continue strengthening relationships with our partners and customers to drive sustainable growth in the Flavor & Fragrance market.

Nate brings 13 years of experience in the F&F industry and a proven track record of leadership within the organization. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his young family and finding ways to squeeze in a few rounds of golf.

Expanding capacity, elevating service

At Vigon, we pride ourselves on our ability to adapt quickly to meet the evolving needs of our customers. Recently, we took on a significant new project that challenged the limits of our production capacity and our team responded with agility, creativity, and collaboration.

Recognizing an opportunity to enhance operational efficiency, our team reconfigured underutilized equipment to optimize our resources.

This proactive approach increased our capacity to manufacture 30+ metric tons per batch, allowing us to improve lead times and better support our larger-volume and custom manufacturing projects.

This success was made possible through a true team effort:

Dan Meloro, Senior Director of Planning and Production, defined the opportunity and coordinated the efforts of the group.
Dave Siedt, Facilities Engineer, and his team led the reconfiguration of the equipment to accommodate the demands of this new process.
Felicia Perryman, Director of Quality Control and Process Development, created new processes for the equipment.
Geoff Ruch, Production Manager, and Scott Florio, Production Supervisor, collaborated to develop the SOPs necessary to support the expanded capacity.

This achievement reflects what’s possible when agility, teamwork, and operational focus come together. It strengthens our ability to respond quickly, scale efficiently, and continue delivering the reliable, high-quality service our customers count on.
