New all-electric homes coming soon.

More than 500 all-electric housing units are currently being built in Santa Rosa, Petaluma, Fort Bragg, and the Sea Ranch through our Advanced Energy Build incentive program. Over 75% are affordable multifamily units. These new homes have an energy performance that averages 17% above California’s rigorous 2019 Title 24 standards and can save their occupants an average of $650 annually on their utility bills.

Visit Courthouse Square in downtown Santa Rosa this summer for free movie nights, music, and more! Games, refreshments, and family fun start at 5pm with the movie starting at 6pm. Stop by our booth to pick up your free energy-saving LED lightbulb.
