Add Self-check to Service protocolYou can now add Self-checks in the Perform/Edit mode on service protocols. Mandatory Self-checks continue to function as before: they appear when required and cannot be removed.
Comments from previous serviceWhen adding a performed service/reading on a Service Object, you can now add a comment.
If customer users are going to perform Self-checksIf customer users are to be able to perform a Self-check, check the box "Let the customer perform" on the Self-check. This needs to be done on every Self-check that customer users should be able to perform.
Number of Service Objects and search Service ObjectsIf you have 10 or more Service Objects on an order or protocol you can now search the Service Objects. You can search by description, model, machine number, serial number, or scan a QR code on the object. You will also see the number of Service Objects on the order. When you perform a search, the first number shows the number of hits you get.
Comments from previous serviceIf there are comments from the previous service, this is shown with a ! in the comment symbol (speech bubble). For comments to be displayed, the Service Order setting – Show comment field from last service is required.
Tip of the month - No next service? The exclamation mark informs that there are Service Objects that should have a next service date but do not. We recommend that you check whether the Service Object should have a service and then possibly generate a service.

NEWS FOR ADMINS ⇩- News for Suppliers and Supplier invoices
- New setting - "Fast add" on Service protocols
- New Work Order setting - Add error/cause suggestions
- Quote + Customer + custom fields
- Print Agreement
News for Suppliers and Supplier InvoicesSupplier Invoices have two new features: - Settings for approval permissions
- Set standard markups (Expression) in the same way as you can do per supplier in the integration settings.
These settings required admin permissions. Also new is that you can add a special email address for orders with a supplier. This is to
be able to distinguish between ordering from and contacting a supplier.
"Fast add" on Service ProtocolsPreviously, you could add objects without "opening" a Work Order. Now the same option is available on Service Protocols. Under Service Protocol Settings, select the options "Allow adding articles to performed service object parts/time from details view" and/or "Allow adding articles to performed service object parts/time from details view". When you have selected this setting, you will see the +Add article and +Add time buttons on the Service Protocol without opening ("Continue") the protocol.
New Work order setting - Add error/cause suggestionsDo you often have the same error/cause on your Work Orders? Make it easier for those who create or execute the Work Order by filling in suggestions to choose from, just like with description suggestions and measure suggestions.
Quote + Customer + custom fieldsBy creating custom fields that are the same in Customer Settings as in Quotation Settings, the information from the customer card is sent into quotes that you create for the customer. As usual, you must be careful to give the custom fields exactly the same name for this to work.
Print AgreementBy creating your own print template you can print Agreements.
