Pacific Charter School Development (PCSD) is thrilled to announce our official launch in Colorado! With support from the newly established Colorado Schools Fund and other local philanthropic partners, we are bringing technical assistance, full-service development expertise, and low-cost financing together in one place to address the facilities needs of charter schools across the state.
We’re also proud to welcome Joy Griffin as our Colorado Executive Director. With 20+ years of project management experience, Joy is ready to lead this transformative effort.

PCSD Expands to Colorado
PCSD is expanding to Colorado, backed by funding from the Colorado Schools Fund and other local philanthropic partners. This partnership enables us to provide comprehensive facilities solutions for charter schools across the state. We’re also pleased to welcome Joy Griffin as our new Executive Director for Colorado, who will lead our efforts in delivering innovative, affordable school spaces. We look forward to supporting Colorado’s educational growth and providing schools with the resources they need to succeed.
Meet Joy Griffin, Executive Director, Colorado
We’re excited to introduce Joy Griffin as the new Executive Director for Colorado! With over 20 years of project management experience across education, healthcare, and municipal sectors, Joy brings a wealth of expertise to PCSD. Before joining us, she led a consulting firm specializing in PreK-12 and higher education projects. Joy holds a BA in Psychology and Business Law from Samford University and an M.Ed. from the University of the Southwest.
