Share your views - consultation closes 8 June
The resident consultation for the proposed merger closes on 8 June
We're planning to form a partnership with another housing association called Settle Group. We believe this would allow us to provide better services to residents and invest more in our communities.
We want to hear your views about this proposal and what you think the priorities should be for the new organisation, if it goes ahead.
What does this mean for me?
- Your right to live in your home would stay the same
- The rent and service charges you pay would stay the same, aside from the annual increase made in line with the guidance set by the Government (in line with inflation)
- If you are a shared owner or leaseholder, the terms of your lease and the services you receive would stay the same.

Help us tackle damp, mould... and complaints too!
We’re looking for residents to help shape two important areas of our service — and we’d love you to get involved.
Join our Damp and Mould Review GroupWe’re setting up a Service Review Group to improve how we communicate and respond to damp and mould issues. Take part in a six-week online group (just one hour a week) where you can:

Join our new Complaints PanelWe’re also launching a new group to improve how we handle complaints. You can take part in a way that suits you – online meetings or reviewing information in your own time. As a panel member, you’ll:

Dust off your camera and start snapping!
It’s time for our annual gardening competition, which means you could be in with a chance to win a £30 voucher!
Whether you have a gorgeous back garden, a beautiful balcony or a wonderful window planter, we want to see how your gardens (or planters, or hedges, or veg patch!) are blooming.

To enter the competition, simply send a photo of your garden or balcony to Communications@ParadigmHousing.co.uk by Friday 29 August. Please include your name, address, and the category you are entering.
Competition categories:
1. Best front garden: we’re looking for the most inviting and well-kept front gardens that brighten up the neighbourhood.
2. Best back garden: whether it’s a lush vegetable patch, a vibrant flower garden, or a serene retreat, why not share some pictures with us?
3. Best balcony*: even small spaces can be transformed into a gardener’s dream. We’re excited to see how you’ve turned your balconies into green sanctuaries. (* If you don’t have a balcony, but do have a window planter, or something similar, this is the category for you!)
Acting on your feedback
Thank you to everyone who took part in our cleaning survey last November. We’ve listened to your feedback and are taking action to improve the service.
We’re now meeting regularly with our cleaning contractor, JustAsk, to make sure all feedback is shared and acted on quickly. We’ve also made 132 follow-up calls to residents in areas where satisfaction was lowest, to understand concerns and agree next steps.
