Science Kindness Week

Important Dates
Wednesday, November 15, 2023: Last day for academic withdrawal from full fall and late fall courses.
Wednesday, November 15, 2023: Last day to request formal exam accommodations for full fall, late fall, and fall/winter examinations to the Paul Menton Centre for Students with Disabilities.
Flu and COVID Vaccine Clinics
Health and Counselling Services is running flu and COVID vaccine clinics in the Carleton Technology Training Centre (CTTC) 4400 on:
- Monday, November 13, 2023: 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
- Wednesday, November 15, 2023: 12:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Friday, November 17, 2023: 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Monday, November 20, 2023: 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
- Wednesday, November 22, 2023: 12:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Appointments are required and can be booked online.
The Colonel By Classic is Back
The Ravens women’s hockey team will face the Ottawa Gee-Gees on Sunday, November 19, 2023, at TD Place for the Colonel By Classic. Bring your friends or family to watch the biggest rivalry in U SPORTS takes the ice at 3:00 p.m.
Career Fair for Women in STEM
The Women in STEM Career and Networking Fair on November 23, 2023, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. is an in-person event on campus for women in STEM who want to establish and grow their professional network.
Attend the event to speak with representatives who work at leading engineering and IT organizations. Participants will learn what these organizations do, learn about future employment opportunities and how to establish employability skills.
Now Hiring: Fall Orientation Coordinators
The Student Experience Office is looking for student leaders who are passionate about Fall Orientation and interested in joining the team as Fall Orientation Coordinators.
This is a paid position from February to September 2024 with part-time shifts through the winter term and then transitioning to full-time, on-campus work for the summer. For more information and to apply, please visit the Fall Orientation website.
Last Call to Register for 2024 International Internships
The deadline to apply for the International Internship Program is coming up fast on Friday, November 24, 2023. This program is open to undergraduate students interested in participating in a virtual or in-person international internship in 2024. What-If Audits and Planned Courses
'What-If' audits will let you explore different program elements (minors, majors) to see how your current and previously completed courses will fit the requirements for those programs.
