COVID-19 Requirements for Visitors No images? Click here 25 May 2022 Dear Resident or Family Member, Re: Requirements for visitationFirstly, we would like to thank you for your continued support and patience during this challenging time while we try to keep you and your loved ones as safe as possible. We understand that socialising and visitation for families and residents are important, and we want to encourage and support families to continue to visit. However, we need to ensure this is done safely to reduce the risk of potential COVID-19 community transmission to your loved one and all residents in our care. To help us safeguard our residents and our staff, we ask that you continue to maintain proper hand hygiene and wear the appropriate PPE for the full duration of your visit. All required PPE will be supplied by Calvary. Please note also, that as of the 10th June 2022, all visitors, staff and contractors must be vaccinated against the 2022 seasonal influenza. In addition to this we ask that any visitor who has tested positive to COVID-19 contact the home immediately and inform us as soon as possible. This allows us to conduct risk assessments and organise any necessary tests for the residents, ensuring the residents, other visitors and our staff remain as safe as possible. Please talk with your home manager if you have any questions or concerns about the requirements for visitation. Thank you again for your understanding. Sincerely Ryan Midgley
