OC Transpo Refunds for U-Pass Issues If you experienced issues using your U-Pass on OC Transpo between Sunday, September 1 and Friday, September 20, 2024, and were required to pay a fare, you can request a refund from OC Transpo. The issue with OC Transpo’s fare readers has now been resolved.
