Click here ![]() Scorecard Update: April - June, 2024 ![]() The results are in, customers love Scorecard!The latest independent telephone customer survey results clearly demonstrate, customers value Scorecard.It is encouraging to see that Scorecard assessments continue to motivate households to improve their home. The survey found 91% of households are taking action as a result of their assessment: 53% have already taken action and 38% intend to take action over the coming months Of the households that have already taken action as a result of their assessment: ⭐ 41% noted a reduction in electricity and/or gas use And there's more great feedback from Scorecard customers... ⭐ 100% of respondents agreed their assessor:

The Scorecard team enjoyed the opportunity to interact with stakeholders and catch up with a number of Scorecard assessors who were in attendance. ![]() Save energy in your home with the City of BoroondaraThe City of Boroondara has partnered with Scorecard assessors Ephe to offer their community discounted Scorecard assessments.As part of the 'Save energy in your home' initiative, The City of Boroondara is offering to reduce the cost of Scorecard assessments by 50% for residents and 75% for concession card holders.
