NATE Recognizes 2026–2027 STAR Initiative and NATE-OSHA-FCC Partnership Participants

NATE is proud to recognize 159 companies participating in the 2026–2027 STAR Initiative and 152 companies in the NATE-OSHA-FCC Partnership, demonstrating the industry's continued commitment to workplace safety.

Now in its 17th year, the STAR Initiative helps participating companies identify workplace hazards, strengthen safety practices, and demonstrate their commitment to safety excellence. Through tools such as NATESTAR.com, NATE members can streamline safety audits, track corrective actions, and use real-time data to improve safety performance.

It's not too late to participate! NATE member companies can still enroll in the 2026–2027 STAR Initiative.

NATE Takes Its Advocacy to Washington for Annual Fall Fly-In

NATE spent last week in Washington for its annual fall Legislative & Regulatory Council trip, a three-day push pairing policy meetings with a hands-on look at the industry’s work. Council members and NATE leadership met with federal agencies on Tuesday and walked Capitol Hill on Wednesday, carrying the association’s priorities on permitting, spectrum, and workforce directly to lawmakers and their staff. The week capped Thursday with NATE’s signature Tower Climbing Experience Event at an SBA Communications Corporation site in the DC region, where congressional staff and members of the press suited up to climb and see firsthand the skill and safety behind building and maintaining the nation’s networks.

Speakers Bureau Speaker Highlight - Jordyn Ladner

Jordyn M. Ladner has over a decade of experience working in the Telecommunications Industry. She started at MILLERCO in 2012 where she now manages line and antenna crews and oversees all day-to-day company operations from safety training & compliance to strategic planning. She stays up-to-date on industry relations and keeps the company active and engaged on all social media platforms.

Jordyn currently serves on the NATE Standards & Regulations Committee, the NATE SEMC Committee, and the NATE Mentorship Task Team. She also volunteers her time as an active member of the NWSA Written Exam Committee and the South Wireless Summit Committee. She serves on the MS Wireless Association Board of Directors and is the NATE WIN Liaison for the State of Mississippi.
