Undertaken by Team Territory co-chair Dick Guit, the review involved consultation with key stakeholders and industry from across the Territory. The final report - Bringing Land to Market: An Independent Review of the Land Development Processes, Land Under Development and Titled Land – outlines makes recommendations on how to deliver more titled land to market and to keep pace with anticipated demand for new housing in regional centres. The Territory Labor Government is planning for the future and working towards achieving a $40 billion dollar economy by 2030 – and with this economic and jobs growth will come more demand for people. The Northern Territory’s economy is continuing to strengthen - with Deloitte forecasting economic growth in the Territory will be the strongest in the nation in 2022.
