Author talk: Stephen Gapps on Gudyarra

Thursday 12 May, 6.30 - 8pm

Award-winning author Stephen Gapps will be talking about Gudyarra: The First Wiradyuri War of Resistance - The Bathurst War, 1822–1824. In Gudyarra, Stephen Gapps  unearths what led to this furious and bloody war, beginning with the occupation of Wiradyuri lands by Europeans following Governor Macquarie’s push to expand the colony west. Discover more about NSW's dark history in this gripping and action packed talk. A night not to be missed.

We are inspired by our daily walks, our encounters with nature, be that flora or fauna, or just the many shapes of our urban surroundings.
