The West Hartford Republican Town Committee, together with our endorsed Republican candidates for Town Council and Board of Education, invite you to join us for a community-wide effort to support neighbors in need.

📅 Date/Time: Saturday, September 6th, 2025 • 10:30 AM – 1:30 PM

We’re hosting a “Fill the Pantry” food drive to benefit the West Hartford Food Pantry, and we need your help! The Food Pantry plays a critical role in supporting local families, but its shelves can only stay stocked through the generosity of our community. By donating non-perishable food items, you’ll be helping ensure that West Hartford families facing hardship have access to the meals they need.

Here’s how you can help:

• Pick up a few extra items while you shop at Stop & Shop and drop them off on your way out.

• Bring along non-perishable items from home to donate.

• Encourage your family, friends, and neighbors to join you—every contribution, big or small, makes a difference.

As an added bonus, this is also a great opportunity to meet and chat with some of the Republican candidates running for municipal office. They’ll be on hand to answer your questions, hear your concerns, and share information about their campaigns.

Let’s come together as a community—neighbors helping neighbors—to support this important cause while building connections for the future of West Hartford.
