We need your help.

On Election Day, Tuesday, November 8, we need volunteers to hold a campaign sign at one of the eight polling locations in West Hartford.

This is one of the most important volunteer positions we have for this campaign.

It's really simple.  We will provide you the sign.  All you need to do is hold the sign so people can see it as they are walking into the polling location to vote.

The sign is 24 inches x 48 inches and has a photo of all of our candidates along with a message to "Vote Row B - Republicans have the plan for a better economy, safer communities and protecting parental rights!"  You can see a copy of the sign below.

We are asking for at least one, 2-hour shift.  The shifts available are as follows:

6am - 8am

8am - 10am

10am - 12pm

12pm - 2pm

2pm - 4pm

4pm - 6pm

6pm - 8pm (this shift is completely full and not available)

Right now we have nearly all shifts available except for the 6pm - 8pm shift.

Will you please respond and tell us what shift you can give us?  We will reply  and assign you to a polling location on that day.  Of course, we would love it if you can give us more than one shift!

If you volunteer to poll stand for us, you will receive an exclusive invitation to our Election Night Party!

Will you please email me at chair@whgop.com to let me know that you will volunteer for us?  We are only asking for 2-hours of your time and this is extremely important.  The Democrats always have volunteers to poll stand at each location for every shift.  Let's make sure we do the same.
