More time to have your say
Thank you to everyone who has already given us feedback as part of the SH73/75 Christchurch to Akaroa Speed Review.
We've been collecting valuable information from the communities we have visited, from businesses, regional organisations and many more.
Your feedback will be assessed alongside our technical information to help recommend which speed limits are best for the road. The next step is to formally consult with you on our recommendations later in the year.
With people making the journey between Christchurch and Akaroa over the school holidays, we have received requests for the public engagement period to be extended.
We're happy to accommodate this and so the new closing date for feedback is now Wednesday 4 August at 5.00pm.
