Transmission Gully

Contractors are hard at work on drainage works designed to improve the motorway’s resilience and reduce water damage to the road’s surface. This means ongoing 24/7 lane closures, in either south or northbound direction, throughout summer between Waitangirua and north of SH58 interchange. This weekend’s southbound closure means traffic should detour via SH59. More information about the upcoming works is available on our website
