Can you leave your home in the event of a fire?

Your safety is our top priority. You can now self-refer for a Residential Personal Emergency Evacuation Plan (RPEEP), if you need extra help to leave your home during an emergency, such as a fire.

An RPEEP helps us understand your evacuation needs and allows us to work closely with the local fire service so the right support is in place if it’s ever needed.

You can find out more about RPEEPs and how to update your information here.

Out and about in the community

Over the past few weeks, we’ve been out meeting communities and getting to know you better. It’s been great for us to hear more about you and your neighbourhoods, and we look forward to meeting even more of you over the coming months!

We’ll be visiting the following locations soon:

  • Gerrards Cross - Wednesday 11 March
  • Uxbridge and Denham - Wednesday 25 March

Don’t see your area listed? Don’t worry - we’re still planning future visits and will be in touch to share more details as soon as they’re confirmed.

You can use our new engagement platform Connect to stay up to date with events in your area, check when we’ll be visiting near you and view updates after each event.

Get involved on your local Connect hub here.

Make a complaint or compliment

We welcome your feedback, both good and not so good. We have a specialist Customer Resolutions team who make sure your comments are dealt with efficiently and that we learn from your experience.

If you would like to complain, or let us know about a great experience, you can share your feedback by calling us on 0300 303 1010, emailing us at ContactUs@ParadigmHousing.co.uk or filling out the form on our website here.

We're here to support you

Whether you’re facing challenges at home, feeling isolated, or struggling to settle in, your Customer and Neighbourhood Officer (CNO) can help. They will listen, offer advice and connect you with the right help when you need it. You can see some examples of how we have supported residents here.

If you need some extra support, please call us on 0300 303 1010. We are here to support you and make sure you have the help you need to feel safe, settled, and confident in your home.

Keeping your communal areas safe and tidy

We've been using the winter months to tidy up the communal areas on your estates.

This has included cutting back a number of large hedges to keep paths and communal areas safe, tidy and easy to use.

Over the coming weeks, the grounds maintenance team will be out and about carrying out replanting works to improve the look of our green spaces.

Thank you for your patience while these improvements are taking place.
