Night works at Portland Road intersection this week

Night works are programmed between 7pm - 6am on Wednesday and Thursday nights this week at the Portland Road/SH1 intersection.

The team will be removing temporary safety barriers and installing new traffic islands, in preparation for asphalting next week.

Manual stop/go traffic control and a temporary speed limit of 30km/hr will be in place at the intersection of SH1 and Portland Road.

Night works to asphalt the entire intersection and undertake line marking will occur next week. Dates for these works will be confirmed on Friday.
