10-Point Plan for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Justice

This past Spring, our office of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Justice launched our new strategic 10-point plan to serve as a framework to organize our School’s collective work and progress towards our DEIJ mission and goals.

This reframing of our work ensures that we are embedding DEIJ into all pillars of the School, as we recognize that this work cannot be done in a silo.

Below, we outline each of our pillars and a few examples of initiatives the School has implemented under each.
