The Australian Pelican

This unique species is Australia’s largest flying bird with the longest bill of any bird in the world. Their wingspan can reach up to 2.5m and they can soar to nearly three kilometres in the sky. Their favourite snacks are fish, crustaceans, tadpoles and turtles. Help protect them by always picking up rubbish and loose fishing line.
