The West Hartford Republican Town Committee needs your support.  Clearly, the year, 2020, was unlike any other year we've had before.  There were so many challenges we faced as individuals, family members and community.  Everyone has been impacted by the pandemic in some form or another.

These challenges made it difficult to execute on our traditional fundraising methods such as our annual Lincoln/Reagan Dinner and our End of the Summer BBQ.

But there is new hope in 2021.  As you saw in our July newsletter, our Executive Team, our membership and our Republican elected officials, will be doing some great things this year executing our new platform for the town that will improve economic development, safety and security, education and fiscal responsibility for our town.

To do this, we need strong Republicans like you to purchase a ticket to our upcoming Lincoln/Reagain Fundraising Dinner, which will be held this Thursday, July 22, at Rockledge Grille in West Hartford.  Please purchase a ticket even if you are not able to attend.  Your ticket purchase is vital to helping the West Hartford Republican Town Committee deliver on its commitment to promote our local Republican endorsed candidates for state and municipal offices, as well as, to help drive and execute our platform, which will enhance the resident experience in our town.

The event will feature our guest speaker and former House Republican Leader, Themis Klarides.  In addition, you'll have the opportunity to hear from our newly endorsed slate of candidates who will be running for municipal office in the election to be held this November.

Our success depends on you and your financial support.  Won't you please click on the link below to purchase a ticket to our event?  We have two packages.  The "PATRON PACKAGE"  is $125 and includes an exclusive cocktail reception with Themis Klarides that will begin at 6:30pm as well as the dinner event, which begins at 7:15pm.  Or, you can choose to purchase a "GENERAL ADMISSION TICKET" for $100 which is for the dinner event that begins at 7:15pm.

PLEASE NOTE:  If you wish to pay by cash or check the night of the event at the door you must RSVP to me at chair@whgop.org.  On-line ticket purchases or RSVPs to me must be done by 11pm this Monday, July 19, as we need to provide Rockledge Grille with a final headcount by Tuesday morning.
