Kia ora and welcomeWelcome to this week’s North Auckland state highway maintenance roadworks update. In this e-news, we share updates on roadworks across the state highway network from State Highway 16 (SH16) between Wellsford to north of Woodhill and State Highway 1 (SH1) between Wellsford to north of Warkworth.

Roadworks over the upcoming Waitangi Day long weekendAll non-essential roadworks will pause for the Waitangi Day long weekend with contractors shutting down sites from midday Thursday 5 February until midnight on Sunday 8 February. You may still see some of our crews out on the roads repairing potholes, responding to incidents, or carrying out essential work. Some long-term sites may also have ongoing restrictions in place. If you're planning on travelling over Waitangi Day weekend, please remember to check our Journey Planner for the most up to date information. |
