Key dates and information

• Quarter 1 reporting on ministerial expectations is due by the end of Friday 17 October 2025 in both the Transport Insights web portal and Transport Investment Online (TIO).
• We amended questions 14 and 15 to incorporate the additional requirements for reporting on uptake of the NZ guide to temporary traffic management.
• This change in the reporting template can be seen on our website, and has been updated in TIO ready for your reporting.
• Public Transport Authorities must attach the public transport private share report in TIO, rather than emailing it to us.
• Instructions for submitting reports into TIO are available on our website.
