Dear Resident Family Member,

Apology for information sent in error

I understand many of our residents’ family members inadvertently received a communication from Calvary last evening regarding a COVID-19 exposure at our Calvary Rosanna Views aged care home in Victoria.

This was sent in error and I apologise for any confusion and inconvenience caused.

Please be assured that the intended recipients, the families of our residents at the Rosanna home, did receive the communication as planned.

Thank you to the family members who brought this to our attention.

I hope to be in touch with you again tomorrow once results from the latest round of testing at our Windemere household is known.
