Information on submitting your patient panelPhysicians billing under the LFP Payment Model must submit a list of empanelled patients to MSP Teleplan by October 31, 2023, or within three months of enrolling in the LFP Payment Model, whichever is later. To ensure that we maintain a consistent volume of submissions and remain within MSP Teleplan’s system capacity, we ask everyone to clean up your panels as soon as possible, and then register to submit your panel. We want to ensure that billing and payment processes continue uninterrupted. Panel clean upGuides and resources to help with panel clean up can be found on the Health Technology Resources webpage. Dr.Bill’s services are now available to physicians. This service is being provided at no cost to physicians. Using EMRsPhysicians can register for a date to submit their panel from the following EMRs: MedAccess, Profile, Accuro, and MOIS. These EMRs currently have the bulk claiming functionality required to do this work. Submissions through EMRs may be done up to and including October 13. Uploading lists on EMRs will not be an option after this date. Anyone submitting lists after October 13 must use the third-party billing service provider Dr.Bill (information can be found below).
Using Dr.BillDr.Bill has worked closely with Doctors of BC and MSP Teleplan to create a secure patient panel submission service that will be available to all family doctors with no cost to you.
