April marks an exciting milestone as we continue to build on the momentum of our rebrand! Our new name reflects our expanded vision and deepened commitment to providing affordable facility solutions for charter schools nationwide. While our look has changed, our mission remains the same—creating high-quality learning environments that empower students and communities.
Alongside our rebrand, we’re rolling out our Five-Year Strategic Plan, which outlines our vision for the next five years. With a focus on expanding into new regions, delivering comprehensive facility solutions, and advancing opportunity and access through our work and partnerships, this plan strengthens our ability to serve more schools and students in under-resourced communities.
In this issue, we’re celebrating several key moments: the financing and groundbreaking for Golden Charter Academy, welcoming two new school partners in Texas and Colorado, connecting with our team and partners at regional gatherings, and marking important milestones. As we continue to grow, we’re grateful for your support and partnership in making a lasting impact.

Golden Charter Academy Breaks Ground
Golden Charter Academy has reached an exciting milestone with its recent groundbreaking ceremony, made possible through strategic financing support. This project will bring a state-of-the-art facility to Fresno students, fostering hands-on learning and environmental stewardship. We’re proud to partner with Golden in creating a space where students can thrive!

We’re excited to welcome Thrive Center for Success in Texas and Lotus School for Excellence in Colorado as our newest partners!
