Creating Value Through Strategic Partnerships - A Saga for Multi-Project Clients

BY BRITTANY GEIST

At the core of a good partnership is the ability to combine diverse resources in ways that will not only help the relationship provide more impact, but will create more comprehensive designs, achieve greater sustainability, and provide enhanced value to the built environment. At RVi, we strive to maximize our value-creation, often working hand in hand with our clients to prototype and achieve their landscape and development vision. Prototyping this vision enables them to streamline the design process, have more control over construction costs, and ultimately delivers on their vision of creating attainable, modern, and classic living.

We are currently utilizing this strategy with a variety of clients, including Greenlight Communities, Sun Communities, and Roberts Resorts on Glamping and RV Resorts. For Greenlight Communities specifically, the success of this process is displayed through their Cabana collection of multifamily projects.

RVi Helps Affordable Multifamily Developer in Orlando Win Funding from Competitive, New Local Trust Fund

BY BOB MOSER

Central Florida’s Orange County is taking bold steps toward reframing the power structure for affordable housing funding in the state. Recently, the County awarded more than $13 million from its own new Housing Trust Fund to four local Floridian developers specializing in affordable multifamily housing projects.

RVi wrote and designed the winning proposal for the top-ranked developer, Banyan Development Group, and will be providing landscape architecture services on their new project located west of downtown Orlando. The four affordable housing communities receiving part of the fund will add more than 500 apartments to the Greater Orlando area when completed by 2023.
