Detox Your Home - CranbourneAnother successful event! This year, 169 cars visited the Chisholme Cranbourne campus pop-up. Saved from landfill and/or our drains: - 608 kgs of flammable liquids
- 478kg pesticides
- and over 100 fire extinguishers.
The toxic chemicals dropped off are immediately sorted by qualified chemists. They're then sealed in steel drums and sent to a specialist waste treatment facility.
Casey Unearthed - Hill Top Nature Reserve; a window into the pre-settlement Cranbourne landscape Hill Top Nature Reserve is a 7.3-hectare bushland area off McMahon Avenue in Cranbourne North. An indigenous plant oasis, it's surrounded by housing developments, a future industrial park, and market gardens.
