Fermenting is one of the oldest methods of preserving food and enriches it by the action of bacteria and fungi. It is truly a living food! You will be making a jar of sauerkraut to take home and watching demonstrations on how to make beet kvass and brined ferments with Margaret Mossakowska from the Moss House, who learned homesteading skills during her childhood in rural Poland.
Tech Savvy Seniors: Introduction to email - Part 2

Music Appreciation Class: Opera

Join us for a three-part Classical Music series featuring Opera, Choral Music and Australian Classical Music. Listen to music and watch videos on the big screen while our musicologist gives an informative talk. Discussion from participants is encourages as you do not need any formal music training to attend these classes, just an eagerness to learn.

Libraries in the Park Cancelled
Due to the wet weather, we have decided to cancel our Libraries in the Park event scheduled for tomorrow.
You can still visit us at the Library for creative crafts, storytime delights, books and so much more.
During the school holidays pop into the Children’s Library where we are supplying free activity sheets for children to either enjoy in the library or take home.
