There is so much to tell you about things going on in West Hartford.  However, I will save most of it for our next eNewsletter, which will come out in early January.

The purpose of this email to you today is to make you aware that the West Hartford Republican Town Committee (RTC) will be holding it's Caucus to nominate and vote on the new RTC membership for the 2022 - 2024 term.

In accordance with statutory and state party rules we have provided official notice in the Hartford Courant, Legal Notice section, which was published today and will continue to be published tomorrow and Friday.  Attached is a copy of the notice for your reference.

Also attached is an excerpt from a document we received from the State GOP that includes an initial rough draft of our Caucus agenda, rules we will follow, as well as, some "frequently asked questions."

If you are interested in joining the West Hartford RTC, while you need not be present for this meeting (though it's preferred you're present if possible), you are required to be nominated by an appropriate person who will attend the meeting in-person.  The nomination must come from a registered Republican who resides in the same town voting district in West Hartford from which you reside.  Of course, in order to be nominated as a candidate for RTC membership, you must be a registered Republican with legal residence established in a West Hartford Town voting district.

The Caucus will only be held in-person and will not be held via any virtual medium.
