Finance and Administration May Newsletter Message from Lorraine Dyke, VP Finance and Administration We are working on a lot of exciting things in the division. One main initiative is the first-year implementation of the Finance and Administration Strategic Plan. Four projects, each being led by an F&A senior leader, have been identified to move us forward with the assistance of the Office of Quality Initiatives. You will hear more about these projects at our next Coffee Hour being planned for Monday, June 10. Save the date! (calendar invitations will be sent out in advance). Convocation is happening from June 17 to 21. With three ceremonies a day, the June Convocation requires a lot of volunteers and I encourage you to volunteer if you can. The information on how to sign up is below. This is an important event at Carleton as we celebrate our students and their accomplishments. I also want to take this opportunity to congratulate Kelly Allison, Brittany Basten and Nick Saucier from Campus Safety Services who were honoured by the Ontario Association of College and University Security Administrators (OACUSA).
