Nootropics food lab opens

Biology professor Raymond Thomas launched Canada’s first nootropics food lab at Western to develop recipes and test brain-boosting foods for their ability to promote longevity and improve cognition.

University Drive to close Feb. 4 and 5
University Drive will be closed between Sunset and Richmond streets on Tuesday, Feb. 4 from 7 a.m. to Wednesday, Feb. 5 at 7 p.m., weather permitting. As the north sidewalk will also be closed in this area, please use the south sidewalk along University Drive. Charter buses will still have access to the Medway parking lot for pick-ups and drop-offs. Visit the London Transit Commission website for impacted bus routes.

Fellowship in Teaching Innovation award  
Full-time and part-time faculty members are encouraged to apply for the Fellowship in Teaching Innovation award, which supports creative efforts to enhance student engagement or integrate new educational technologies in the classroom.
