Major Road Projects Victoria UpdateMajor Road Projects Victoria is progressing well with the Pakenham Roads Upgrade as part of Victoria’s Big Build. The Gippsland freeway ramp from McGregor Road is now open. Ongoing upgrade works have led to long-term traffic changes on Healesville-Koo Wee Rup Road and McGregor Road, including active right turn restrictions onto the freeway ramps and the closure of Henry Road between McGregor Road and Heritage Boulevard until early July. Access to Heritage Shopping Centre is maintained through McGregor Road, Livingstone Boulevard, and Heritage Boulevard.
Additionally, Healesville-Koo Wee Rup Road will be temporarily closed from Greenhills Road to Manks Road in June due to the upgrades. For more information, please visit the Pakenham Road Upgrade and the Healesville-Koo Wee Rup Road Upgrade pages on the Big Build website
