The upcoming AVS Symposium in Nashville, Tennessee is Gencoa's final US-based event of 2016.
Optix, a new sensor for vacuum analysis, is among the products on display during the three-day exhibition, which runs from November 8-10.
Exhibiting from booth 409, Gencoa will be providing live demonstrations of Optix, a product which is also the focus of presentations by Dr Joseph Brindley during the Technical Program, and at the Exhibitor Technology Spotlight. The scheduled presentation times are as follows:

Gencoa Optix at SEMICON Europa 2016
AVS marks the official launch of Optix, and Gencoa will begin taking orders from mid-November.
Optix is a vacuum gas sensor which operates across a wider pressure range than is ordinarily possible without the inclusion of a differential pumping system.
The product has attracted a high level of interest, supported by positive data generated during beta testing on processes that have included web coating/pre-treatment, wafer processing, hard and DLC coating and large area glass coating.
At last month's AIMCAL Web Coating and Handling Conference, US Business Manager Frank Papa received an award in the category of Best Vacuum Coating Paper for a presentation detailing the benefits of Optix. Click to download a copy of the presentation.
