NRB President & CEO to Address Jerusalem Prayer Breakfast in NYC
From September 15–16, 2024, the Jerusalem Prayer Breakfast (JPB) will bring together thousands of friends of Israel to support the nation and unite in prayer for Jerusalem.
Troy A. Miller, President & CEO of the National Religious Broadcasters (NRB) will deliver remarks. Taking place in New York, N.Y., the global prayer conference will coincide with the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA).
Often hailed as the “Godmother of English Education” in Taiwan, Doris Brougham’s lifetime ministry spanned over 70 years marked by unwavering faith and extraordinary dedication to improving the quality of life in Asia through English teaching and Christian broadcasting. Her impressive body of work stands as a living monument to her tireless contributions and inspiring passion. Today, virtually everyone educated in Taiwan knows her name. Though Brougham departed this life to be reunited with the Lord on August 6, 2024, at the age of 98 in Taipei City, she leaves behind a legacy of faith that will live on in the hearts and minds of many.
In Memoriam: Thomas Edward McCabe
Thomas Edward McCabe, an accomplished Christian fundraising expert and entrepreneur, passed away peacefully on July 25, 2024 at 81 years old.
Born on October 11, 1942, in Syracuse, N.Y., McCabe’s legacy is marked by a life lived with purpose and passion. A natural athlete, McCabe excelled in various sports throughout his youth and notably through his high school years as a quarterback in football, point guard in basketball, midfield in soccer, and a sprinter in track. He continued showcasing his leadership and competitive spirit at Shelton College in N.J., where he graduated with honors and a degree in English Literature while remaining active in basketball, soccer, and student government.
