Thank you, The results of the 2023 NHS Staff Survey show that working at our Trust is already matching the aspirational experience for all NHS employers to reach by 2025 and is the most improved provider of its kind in the country for the question asking staff it they would recommend their organisation as a place to work. The NHS Staff Survey is an important tool for assessing the quality of care and the work environment within NHS trusts. It provides valuable feedback to help NHS organisations identify areas in which improvements could be made. Interested in staying up-to-date with the latest news from the Trust? A virtual ceremony was hosted by comedian Jo Caufield on Thursday 7th March where the team were highly commended for their submission of Health and Wellbeing events, including 28 Days of Wellbeing, run each year in January to enable and encourage staff to focus of one daily activity, to enhance their physical or mental health and 100K Your Way, a virtual walking challenge. Our Trust worked in collaboration with the Lullaby Trust to promote Safer Sleep Week to local families that ran from 11 - 17 March. Safer Sleep Week is an awareness campaign targeting anyone looking after a young baby. It aims to raise awareness of sudden infant death syndrome (SIDS) and provide the simple advice that reduces the risk of it occurring. Teams worked on creating a new Welcome To The World card for all new parents which is given to every family when they have their baby. We are delighted to announce that we have been shortlisted for two Health Service Journal (HSJ) Digital Awards. These nominations come as welcome recognition of the hard work achieved by Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust’s Neurodiversity Team, who are in our children and young people’s division, and Interweave team, who are involved in the integration of shared care records across Yorkshire and the Humber and beyond. Friends and Family Test The Friends and Family Test (FFT) is an important feedback tool that supports the fundamental principle that people who use NHS services should have the opportunity to provide feedback on their experience. It provides a mechanism to highlight patient experience and is vital in transforming NHS services, supporting patient choice and implementing changes based on your feedback. Each month we will be sharing patient experiences from our different services, alongside a patient comment. 98.9% of respondents had a positive experience of our Community Services in February. "Thank you so much for your wonderful service. I feel much better thanks to you." Volunteering We believe in the transformative power of volunteering.
