        Pioneer Work Bee August 20  • 8:30 AM Hello church family! The exterior grounds of our church need some attention. We are planning a church work bee on Sunday, August 20, beginning at 8:30 AM. There are many landscaping features that need to be refreshed for the fall and winter to make 
our church an appealing house of worship. If you have yard tools please bring them, but if you don’t have tools come and help anyway.  We will have some tools available. Your help is greatly appreciated. See you then! 
      
        New and Returning Students Picnic August 26  • Following second service It's that time of year for Pioneer to welcome new and returning students! Help us love on our students as they join this community. The picnic will be held immediately following the second service on Aug. 26, and 
to make it happen 70 volunteers are needed to provide lunch and fellowship to our students. Call the church at 269–471–6565, text "PICNIC" to 269–281–2345, or go to the link below to sign up. You will be contacted with details.  
      
        Fellowship Dinner A fellowship dinner will be served this Sabbath in the commons on the lower level following the second worship service. Visitors are welcome. 
      
        Renovate 2.0 Update #7 The Project: The elevator arrived! The installation process will take about two weeks with other final details. The state elevator inspection is expected to take another 2-3 weeks after that. The glass wall will be installed, and the project will be done!
 Fundraising: As of 7/31/23, there is $731,025 that has been raised with $268,975 to reach our goal! -We are so close!- Please join with others to finish this wonderful addition! Remember Renovate 2.0 in your giving plans and pray for its completion!
 
      
        Promote RMES at the Fair& RMES Registration is Open!
 August 14–19 The Berrien County Youth Fair is coming up and we need your help promoting RMES. We will have a booth in one of the commercial buildings that we need to man from 11:00 am – 10:00 pm Monday, August 14, through Sabbath, August 19. We would like to have volunteers who are able to be at the booth for a few hours at a time. RMES will provide an entrance ticket for volunteers manning the booth.  When your spouse is no longer there, old and new friends are. We need one another, no matter how long it's been. The Eau Claire Seventh-day Adventist Church (6562 Naomi Rd., Eau Claire, MI 49111) is inviting ALL widows and widowers as well as your widowed friends in the community to participate in a vegetarian potluck on Sunday, Aug. 20, from 1-3 pm in the Eau Claire Church. So invite your friends and bring a dish to share (salad, entree, vegetable, or dessert). The two events we've had thus far have been wonderful!
