Breaking Ground on Bright Futures at Lenek Duren 1 Primary School
When we launched our End of Financial Year campaign to raise funds for Lenek Duren 1 Primary School, the response was truly inspiring. Thanks to the incredible generosity of our community, we have secured the full funding needed to build a brand-new, earthquake-resistant school featuring eight classrooms and four toilet facilities. Construction is already underway, and the foundation is complete. Soon, these children will be learning in safe, modern classrooms, a huge step toward a brighter future for this deserving community!
National Children's Day

Classroom of Hope is proud to sponsor the National Children's Day event hosted by our local partner GNI in North Lombok. Schools from elementary to senior high are invited to join competitions on important themes like stopping early marriage, bullying, and plastic use.
Activities include video campaigns, storytelling, recycled plastic product creation, and a colouring contest for toddlers. On the day, families can enjoy traditional games, health services, parenting talks, and more.
Building Safer Communities Through Children's Rights
Raising awareness about children's rights is key to building safer, stronger communities in Indonesia. Recently, with the help of Gugah Nurani Indonesia, we brought a group of teachers together in Lombok for a workshop that opened up honest conversations about protecting and empowering kids. It's through education like this that real, lasting change begins and we can create spaces where children can thrive.
