When developers purchased The Arrive, a large apartment complex in Alexandria, VA, they were faced with 34,000 square feet of cracking concrete. Many of the issues were caused by water damage, so the developers needed to figure out not only how to repair the concrete areas, but also prevent water damage from happening again. At Saddlebrook living community in San Marcos, TX, owners wanted to fix the community pool deck, but they didn't want a quick fix—they wanted one that would last for years to come.
