Did you Know?  Publicizing student events is the BEST way to get the word out on PCP campus events. Did you know putting events on STP is also REQUIRED? STP is our primary way to communicate, build community and we use STP postings to populate the PCP events calendar (see link above).  Check the calendar before scheduling events so we don't compete with each other!  If you want to reserve a time/date on the calendar before you post on STP, email Mrs. Butler at kbutler@sju.edu.  - Dean Foote

Phi Sigma Pi iPad and Apple Watch Fundraiser Ends Friday! Do you need an iPad to take notes? Or maybe an Apple Watch to track your morning run? Get one for a fraction of the price from Phi Sigma Pi! P1 Survival Event for ALL P1 Students! Interested in learning more about the pharmacy curriculum and how to succeed and prepare for the coming years? The P1 survival event is for you! Pennsylvania Pharmacists Association: GRASP Night! Do you want to become an effective advocate for the profession of pharmacy and learn more about the legislative process and advancing of pharmacy? Come to PPA's GRASP Night on Tuesday, November 1st from 6-8pm at LLC 103. GRASP (Government Relations Advocacy for Student Pharmacists) is intended for preparing student pharmacists to become better advocates, communicators and leaders in the profession of pharmacy. The program consists of 8 modules, regarding pharmacy legislation, with an exercise at the end of each module in order to ensure complete understanding of the materials presented. With the completion of the modules, students will receive a certificate of completion and a GRASP lapel pin. GRASP is free to all PPA members. All attendees must be registered PPA members!!! Asynchronous, online courses in population health for pharmacy students! The Jefferson College of Pharmacy is offering a series of courses in population health. PCP students can take the courses and transfer in as professional electives. More information is HERE. Students are responsible for tuition and following procedures for transferring credits. DEI- Diversity Highlight: LGBTQ History Month! As LGBTQ+ History Month comes to an end, let's take an opportunity to reflect on the contributions and achievements of the LGBTQ+ community. This month is intended to affirm the contributions of the LGBTQ+ community to history while encouraging openness and honesty for those for whom it is safe to be visible and open about being LGBTQ+."Inclusion is how we unleash the power of diversity". The PCP Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Taskforce wants to include more of YOU in our diversity highlights. Got something to share? Event for P4 Students Interested in Attending Midyear! Are you planning to attend the ASHP Midyear Conference in December? Help Raise Money for PCP Scholarships! The office of University Advancement is currently planning the annual Crowdfunding campaign. They are focusing on six funds/ initiatives and one of those funds will be the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy Scholarship Fund! They are currently collecting student testimonials for our campaign. As you can understand, alumni and donors want to hear from students and learn about their experiences the most. DIA White Coat Wednesday! White Coat Wednesday is back! Let's see who's putting together great outfits when it comes to styling their white coat.
