Dear Resident and Family Members,

COVID-19 Update for residents & families of Calvary Balmoral Grove

Following our last update to residents and families, I am writing to advise that through the current testing regime, a total of 1 resident and 1 staff member have tested positive for COVID-19.

COVID Positive residents will need to remain, and continue to be cared for, in their rooms.

Calvary Balmoral Grove remains open to visitors. All visitors will need to continue to wear a N95 & Face Shield and receive a negative Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) prior to entering the home.

Please be assured that our staff have prepared for COVID-19 exposures and outbreaks such as this. Our staff are trained in strict infection control procedures and are focusing all of their attention on the individual care needs of residents.

We will update you again as soon as any information becomes available.

We know that this will be worrying for you and your loved ones in our care. We want to assure you that we are doing everything possible to continue to look after the health and wellbeing of all our residents while keeping them safe during this difficult time.

You can help us by sharing this information with your family and friends

Thank you for your continued understanding and patience at this time.

Sincerely,

Sherryn McMahon
