As we approach the September meeting of the West Hartford Republican Town Committee, I want to encourage all members, volunteers, and elected officials to attend and be a part of our important discussions. This meeting, set for Monday, September 16, will focus on several key updates and preparations as we head into a busy season. From fundraising events to election strategy, your participation is critical as we continue to advance the goals of the Republican Party in our community. The strength of our efforts depends on your input and support, and I look forward to seeing you there.

Our agenda will include reports from our elected officials, including updates from the Town Council, Board of Education, and State Central Committee, as well as a special presentation from Kyla Zimmerman, our candidate for the 5th State Senate District. We’ll also be reviewing the latest developments from our committees, including plans for the Lincoln/Reagan Dinner, the Park Road Parade, and other important initiatives. This meeting will give us a chance to refine our strategies as we prepare for the election season and ensure we are well-organized for the months ahead.

Whether you’re a long-time committee member, a volunteer, or one of our dedicated elected officials, your involvement makes a difference. I encourage you to bring your ideas and enthusiasm to the table as we work together to promote our values and make a positive impact in West Hartford. Please join us for this essential meeting and be part of the continued success of our Republican team.

Attached is the agenda for the meeting.  For those who are our Republican representatives of Town Boards and Commissions, we ask that you please make every effort to attend our meetings and provide an update on information and actions from those boards and commissions from which you serve.  We also welcome all those who are a Justice of the Peace appointed by our Republican Town Committee.  Please click on the button to RSVP to our Secretary, so we may have a head count of who will be attending as we provide complimentary snacks and refreshments for our meetings.
