Welcome to the Penn Transfer Family!

The Office of New Student Orientation & Academic Initiatives (NSOAI) would like to officially congratulate you on your admission to the University of Pennsylvania! 
 
As a new transfer student, you will be participating in Transfer Student Orientation, which starts the evening of Monday, August 17. This special programming will prepare you for your exciting transition to Penn this fall and is partly facilitated by student leaders from the Transfer Student Organization (TSO).

More information about Transfer Student Orientation will be available soon. Throughout the summer, we will send several email reminders so you're always aware of what's coming up.

In addition, transfers are welcome to participate in various New Student Orientation (NSO) events for all incoming first-year undergraduates beginning from the evening of Wednesday, August 19.

Move-In 

All transfer students are welcome to move in on Monday, August 17. By moving in on Monday, you will be able to take part in programming specifically designed to prepare you to thrive in the upcoming years. More details about these programs are coming soon!

Once your housing has been confirmed, you will be able to select a move-in time slot for August 17. Specific questions about housing can be directed to living@upenn.edu.
