Who is Terese Østeraas?

"As a new salesperson at Serviceprotocol.com, I will be working with both the Norwegian and Swedish markets. With a background as an elite athlete, I am used to setting goals and giving everything to achieve them – something I now bring to my sales role.

When I am not helping our customers, you will often find me on the move: on the running track, in the swimming pool, at the ski stadium or at full speed on a bike, surf ski or in a glider. Life is simply too short to stand still!”

Go to the order you are going to work on (Work or Service order). Click Start timer before clicking Edit or Perform service.

The timers box opens. Select Start trip or Start work. A red ! (exclamation mark) shows that you have a timer running.

When you are finished with the travel/work, click the Start timer link again or the timer symbol and select Finish work.

In the popup, select which task to connect the timer to. The times are now registered on the order.

Previously, you could set whether an article should be displayed for logged-in customers and on printouts. Now you can also set this for an individual article when you add it to an order. On the far right of an article row in the detail view, you will see a small cogwheel. Click on the cogwheel and select "Hide". To mark your choice, the text will be greyed out.

To be able to select Hide/Show, you need to be granted permission to use the function. This setting is made by an admin.
