State Highway 1, Transmission Gully

SH58 Pauatahanui to Paekākāriki, Northbound Road CLOSED 

• Friday 6th to Monday 9th February at night, 9pm – 7am 
• Northbound road closure for chipsealing. Detour via SH59
• Thursday 5th to Tuesday 10th February during the day, 5:30am – 7pm 
• Altered lane layout for trafficating chipseal 

Paekākāriki to SH58 Pauatahanui, Southbound Road CLOSED 

• Thursday 5th to Saturday 7th February and Monday 9th to Tuesday 10th February at night, 9pm – 4:30am. Sunday 8th February, 10pm – 4:30am 
• Southbound road closure for chipsealing, line marking and sweeping. Detour via SH59
• Thursday 5th to Tuesday 10th during the day, 6am – 7pm 
• Altered lane layout for trafficating chipseal

Waitangirua, Southbound Off-ramp CLOSED 

• Thursday 5th to Wednesday 11th February, ongoing day and night 
• Southbound off-ramp closed for resurfacing. 
• Sunday to Wednesday, ongoing day and night 
• Southbound lane closure for paving work

State Highway 1

Ōhau – between McLeavey Rd and Vista Rd

• Tue night, 8pm – 4am 
• Stop/Go traffic controls in place for drainage work

Manakau, opposite Tatum Park 

• Monday to Friday during the day, 9am – 4pm. 
• Altered lane layout for O2NL

Terrace Tunnel and Vivian Street Road CLOSED

• Sunday to Thursday night, 9pm–5am
• Full road closure for tunnel maintenance and resurfacing

• Southbound lane closure for gas leak repair

• Monday to Friday, during the day and night, from 7am Monday 
• Altered lane layout for footpath removal 

Old SH1, Te Horo

• Tuesday night, 7:30pm – 05:30am 
• Stop/Go traffic controls in place for watercutting
