Feed the Need November 18 As we enter this season of American Thanksgiving it is important to remember that not everyone in our community is as fortunate. Every year through your generosity we provide Thanksgiving food bags or boxes to 100-150 families in our community. The Evergreen Pathfinder Club
spearheads this work however they cannot do it alone. Here are four ways you can help. - Submit names of area families who we can bless with some extra food this Holiday Season by calling the church office at 269.471.6565 with the name, address, and number of people in the family.
- Bring non-perishable food to contribute during the Procession of Thanksgiving during the November 18 Feast of Hymns church service.
- Financial Donations on November 18 to cover the cost of providing each family with perishable food from Apple Valley.
- Volunteer to deliver food to area Families after the boxes are packed by the Pathfinders on November 18
Thank you for your generosity as we take this opportunity to help those around us.
No Sabbath School in Sanctuary November 11 To all our Sanctuary Sabbath School Participants: On November 11, 2023, all Sanctuary Sabbath School classes at Pioneer have been cancelled to accommodate a special 10:30 AM worship service for over 1,000 students visiting our
campus for Acrofest, a gymnastics workshop for Adventist students. You are encouraged you to join another Sabbath School meeting elsewhere on campus or to convene your class online. Sanctuary Sabbath School classes will resume November 18. Thank you for helping us welcome these students to our campus!
Update #10 for Renovate 2.0 The elevator and other improvements are done. It’s all being used on a daily basis to improve the experience here at Pioneer Memorial Church. Thank you to everyone who has prayed for this project and its physical completion. The fundraising for its financial completion is going very well. We have just $209,771 left to raise! (Look for the fundraising “thermometer” somewhere in the church each week!) Please consider how this project fits into your contribution plans for the rest
of the year!
Pathfinder Fundraiser Pioneer's Evergreen Pathfinder Club invites you to support their participation in the upcoming International Pathfinder Camporee in Gillette, Wyoming, August 5-11, 2024. To raise the needed funds, they are partnering with Florida Indian River Groves to bring you fresh fruit. Fruit is
harvested the very same day it ships to ensure that you receive fruit that is hours off of the tree. Now that's fresh! Now's the time to pick up a box of Navel Oranges that are sure to be bursting with flavor or a box of sugar-sweet, Indian River Red Grapefruit. And don't forget your friends, family, and coworkers. Everyone loves fresh fruit from Florida, and you'll be supporting our Pathfinder club at the same time! Quick Facts: - Each Pathfinder must raise $750.
- Pioneer has approximately 100 Pathfinders in its club.
- You can help cut the individual costs for our club by starting an order today!
Please spread the word by sharing our website pmchurch.org/pathfinders. Thank you in advance for your support -
and enjoy the fresh fruit! Order Deadline: Thursday, November 10, 2022 If you miss the deadline for ordering fruit, you can also give directly to the Evergreen Pathfinder Club. Select "Pathfinder Camporee" from the "Local Offering" categories.
